The City of Caceres is a gargantuan, efficient nation, notable for its compulsory military service. The hard-working population of 29.155 billion Cacereños are free to succeed or fail in life on their own merits; the successful tend to enjoy an opulent (but moralistic) lifestyle, while the failures can be seen crowding out most jails.

The medium-sized, pro-business government juggles the competing demands of Spirituality, Welfare, and Education. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 22.8%.

The very strong Cacereño economy, worth a remarkable 1,641 trillion pesetas a year, is led by the Trout Farming industry, with major contributions from Basket Weaving, Cheese Exports, and Door-to-door Insurance Sales. Average income is 56,294 pesetas, but there is a significant disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 171,967 per year while the poor average 14,283, a ratio of 12.0 to 1.

Voting is compulsory and education and welfare spending are on the rise. Crime is moderate, with the police force struggling against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. Caceres's national animal is the sheep.

Caceres is ranked 99,799^th in the world and 15^th in Spiritus for Highest Disposable Incomes, with 43,459.15 Standard Monetary Units.
