The Dictatorship of Eurasian Region is a huge, orderly nation, ruled by Comrade Tirano Eurasivich with an iron fist, and remarkable for its sprawling nuclear power plants, avowedly heterosexual populace, and disturbing lack of elderly people. The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless, devout population of 989 million Eurasians are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The enormous, corrupt, moralistic, socially-minded, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defense, and Administration. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Eurasigrad. The average income tax rate is 72.7%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The Eurasian economy, worth 62.2 trillion Euras a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. Warfare increasingly resembles a video game, citizens cannot change their light bulbs without approval from an international committee, curtailed social programs have left many citizens bereft of any safety net, and dreams of replicator technology have been dashed following a ban on 3D printers. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Eurasian Region's national animal is the Eurasian Bison, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation.
