The Colony of FRC33 is a titanic, safe nation, remarkable for its compulsory military service and irreverence towards religion. The democratic population of 19.073 billion FRC33ians hold their civil and political rights very dear, although the wealthy and those in business tend to be viewed with suspicion.

The relatively small government juggles the competing demands of Welfare, Education, and Defense. The average income tax rate is 15.3%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The large but inefficient FRC33ian economy, worth 753 trillion Citas a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Beef-Based Agriculture industry, with major contributions from Information Technology, Basket Weaving, and Door-to-door Insurance Sales. State-owned companies are common. Average income is 39,498 Citas, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 2.1 times as much as the poorest.

Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown. FRC33's national animal is the Vippertooth Dragon.

FRC33 is ranked 283,866^th in the world and 1^st in Far Right Convention for Most Advanced Law Enforcement, scoring 419.46 on the Orwell Orderliness Index.
