The Queendom of Gerition is a titanic, efficient nation, ruled by Ginnevra Luciana Aerian with an even hand, and remarkable for its barren, inhospitable landscape, frequent executions, and compulsory military service. The hard-nosed, hard-working, democratic, humorless, devout population of 16.315 billion Geritians are either ruled by a sleek, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

The relatively small, corrupt government prioritizes Defense, with Industry, Education, and Law & Order also on the agenda, while Environment and Welfare receive no funds. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Bynegon. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 20.3%.

The frighteningly efficient Geritian economy, worth a remarkable 1,993 trillion Geritian Crowns a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, with major contributions from Retail, Uranium Mining, and Information Technology. Black market activity is frequent. Average income is an impressive 122,182 Geritian Crowns, with the richest citizens earning 6.2 times as much as the poorest.

Elementary school students are required to master Bach's Chaconne in D before graduation, posters of politicians in sensual poses can be found on the walls of teenagers' rooms, basket-weaving is the nation's latest fad, and blind dates reemerge as a necessary evil in the quest for love. Crime is almost non-existent. Gerition's national animal is the dove, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its national religion is aereism.

Gerition is ranked 268,839^th in the world and 40^th in Liberty Democratic Alliance for Safest, scoring 20.18 on the Bubble-Rapp Safety Rating.
