The Most Serene Republic of HW2 Admin is a mammoth, orderly nation, renowned for its barren, inhospitable landscape, frequent executions, and irreverence towards religion. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 5.505 billion HW2 Adminians enjoy great individual freedoms in everything except elections, which, where they exist at all, are populist shams for a dictatorship government that has no intention of ever giving up power.

The tiny, pro-business, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Administration, Defense, and Law & Order. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 6.7%.

The very strong HW2 Adminian economy, worth 398 trillion admin coins a year, is driven almost entirely by the private sector, which is broadly diversified and led by the Information Technology industry, with major contributions from Uranium Mining, Soda Sales, and Book Publishing. Average income is 72,383 admin coins, but there is an enormous disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 384,582 per year while the poor average 7,192, a ratio of 53.5 to 1.

City rooftops are pockmarked with the shattered remains of high velocity delivery drones, murder is sanctioned if the legal paperwork is filled out correctly, all government facilities are built in the subterranean citadel of HW2 Admin City, and the people's love for Leader is little more than self-preservation. Crime is a serious problem, with the police force struggling against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. HW2 Admin's national animal is the shark admin, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to heavy metals seepage into national waterways.

HW2 Admin is ranked 295,008^th in the world and 100^th in Hellworld 2 for Highest Poor Incomes, with 7,192.02 Standard Monetary Units.
