The MT Army Museum of Neiiterp is a titanic, safe nation, remarkable for its state-planned economy, irreverence towards religion, and stringent health and safety legislation. The hard-nosed, cynical population of 18.474 billion Neiiterpians are prohibited from doing almost everything except voting, which they do timidly and conservatively.

The enormous, socially-minded government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Law & Order, and Welfare. The average income tax rate is 66.2%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The large but sluggish Neiiterpian economy, worth 403 trillion Citas a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector, which is quite specialized, is mostly made up of the Trout Farming industry, with significant contributions from Tourism, Pizza Delivery, and Soda Sales. Average income is 21,834 Citas, and distributed extremely evenly, with practically no difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Crime is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Neiiterp's national animal is the Vippertooth Dragon, which soars majestically through the nation's famously clear skies.

Neiiterp is ranked 111,944^th in the world and 1^st in Deus DEFINITELY Vult for Most Eco-Friendly Governments, scoring 757.64 on the Dolphin Recycling Awareness Index.
