The Colony of RAP33 is a titanic, socially progressive nation, remarkable for its compulsory military service and irreverence towards religion. The democratic population of 17.624 billion RAP33ians hold their civil and political rights very dear, although the wealthy and those in business tend to be viewed with suspicion.

The tiny government prioritizes Welfare, with Education, Defense, and Healthcare also on the agenda, while Spirituality and Environment are ignored. The average income tax rate is 9.3%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The large but inefficient RAP33ian economy, worth 775 trillion Citas a year, is fairly diversified and led by the Trout Farming industry, with major contributions from Basket Weaving, Book Publishing, and Cheese Exports. State-owned companies are common. Average income is 43,979 Citas, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 2.6 times as much as the poorest.

Crime, especially youth-related, is almost non-existent. RAP33's national animal is the Vippertooth Dragon.

RAP33 is ranked 276,793^rd in the world and 1^st in Reestablished Axis Powers for Highest Average Tax Rates, with 9.29 Effective Tax Rate.
