The Federation of Xeelex is a gargantuan, efficient nation, notable for its complete lack of prisons. The hard-working, democratic population of 26.716 billion Xeelexians enjoy a sensible mix of personal and economic freedoms, while the political process is open and the people's right to vote held sacrosanct.

The medium-sized, outspoken government is primarily concerned with Welfare, although Education, Healthcare, and Industry are also considered important, while Spirituality and Law & Order aren't funded at all. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 17.4%.

The very strong Xeelexian economy, worth a remarkable 1,233 trillion electronic saars a year, is quite specialized and led by the Gambling industry, with major contributions from Woodchip Exports, Trout Farming, and Furniture Restoration. Average income is 46,162 electronic saars, with the richest citizens earning 5.9 times as much as the poorest.

Crime is moderate, perhaps because of the country's complete lack of prisons. Xeelex's national animal is the temperatecat, which can occasionally be seen sifting through garbage in the nation's cities.

Xeelex is ranked 28,228^th in the world and 1^st in Land for Largest Insurance Industry, scoring 4,729.53 on the Risk Expulsion Effectiveness Rating.
