Welcome those reading this to Joktal a new region meant to remain the small home of Qatharistian.(and if I come up with any other nations for this account it will be a home for them too). I am unlikely to be allowing people to live in this region at this time. However I am accepting of any embassies and encourage anyone interested to read this post or any other posts. Posts via the embassy system from outside the region are perfectly acceptable but I cannot fully guarantee a response whether a timely one or one at all.
