This region was seized from state enemy North Korea during a large refound operation on 3/21/26. North Korea, a misguided region which glorifies the horrific regime of North Korea, allowed dozens of regions to CTE on the major update of 3/21/26, allowing imperial forces to occupy this longstanding KPA territory.

The Link NKVD, or the People's Commissariat for Internal Affairs, was the interior ministry and secret police of the Soviet Union from 1934 to 1946. It was largely succeeded by the KGB.
