Ever find yourself behind on the output of goods? Need some way to increase worker productivity while still getting past those pesky international human rights treaties? Well now there is a solution! A simple technique called the “Labor Division Rivalry System” allows for just that! All you have to do is the following: split the given workforce into multiple teams; have these teams compete against each other; the team that produces the most goods gets rewarded (food, extra break time, etc) while the other losing teams gets punished (extra work, decrease of break time, etc). This will push your employees to work harder than ever! Ensuring you are getting the most out of your workforce! Now some people in your workforce may not like this new policy, and may try to rebel, slack off, or unionize. But don’t worry! We’ve already thought of a solution for this hypothetical dilemma. If one or more employees try to fight back, punish their entire team. As the old saying goes, “one bad apple spoils the rest”; in our case, one unionized employee gets the rest fired. Using this strategy will quickly convince any traitors to reconsider betraying your work enterprise. “But wait!”, you might say. “What if an entire team rebels?”. Class struggle has been going on since the first human enslaved another of his kin, and shows no signs of ending soon. The labor movement is what guaranteed the workers many things we take for granted: an 8-hour work day, weekends, paid vacations, maternity leave, prohibition of child labor, reading the full list would exhaust anyone. All of this was achieved through blood. The ruling classes have no interest in relaxing exploitation, all they need is profit.
Thus, Russian workers revolted in 1917, violently breaking down the oppressive regime. Newly established government under Lenin has installed world's best labor protections, and Western bourgeoisie, terrified of sharing the fate of the Romanov family, granted their workers some concessions, among which were the aforementioned rights.
Today, those rights are being slowly but surely retracted: in the USA, 13 states are seeking to weaken child labor laws, and so-called "platform work", which lets the capitalists completely evade any responsibility, is on the rise globally. This is, again, a product of class struggle, and the oppressors are winning.
To change this, we must follow Lenin's call: Workers of the world, unite! Only in solidarity, can the working class put up a fight to protect all what lives were sacrificed for.

You’re a millionaire! And you are worshipped by the public as a hero! Now, if things were to ever break down and people were to find out about your little scheme, plausible deniability is always bound to come in handy. You may also want to consider fleeing the country if things get a little too heated. So what are you waiting for my fellow entrepreneurs! Get out there and make some money!
