I'm decent. Gotta sleep soon though, as I have to wake up early tomorrow.

I am going for a run in a mo. As soon as I am truly awake. (5.51 am here)
Edit: Since it is the first time after a 2 year break, wish me luck.

Good morning fellow rejects, hope you're all doing well.
Daily reminder to fill your days with water where doable, that dehydration often takes the form of a sweet-tooth craving, and to include a decent amount of protein in your diets too.
thank you
Good morning, Rejects! <3
TODAY'S QUESTION OF THE DAY!
What do you do when you're extremely mad? You're feeling absolutely furious, how do you try to calm down?

Stop engaging in whatever is causing the emotion.
Take a deep breath and stretch body in all directions (or just try to punch something)
Rationalize the situation as in figure out why the thing that's causing the emotion causes the emotion.
Solve the issue.

Music and exercise, generally together can be a great help and way to express that energy, rather than say, repressing the thoughts of what caused it. The music alongside the exercise allows for a rhythmic flow of emotion and a pump-up, which may get spirits up too. Music may also kindle introspection and reflection on the issue.
If a person has caused it and you're in contact, speaking with them directly is a good, but it's important to be amicable so that it doesn't get worse than it was before communication began.

I have a broken gutter out in my front yard that I beat to death every time I get mad. It’s very satisfying but now it’s kind of bent in a ball.
