The Lucky of An imagination is a mammoth, cultured nation, ruled by Patrick with a fair hand, and remarkable for its cultivated feral children, unlimited-speed roads, and spontaneously combusting cars. The hard-nosed, hard-working, democratic, humorless population of 9.904 billion Imaginary Frinds are effectively ruled by a group of massive corporations, who run for political office and provide their well-off citizens with world-class goods and services. Their poorer citizens, however, are mostly starving to death while being urged to go out and get real jobs. The populace has reasonably extensive civil rights, although these are mostly aimed at allowing them to buy whatever they like.

The minute, corrupt, pro-business, outspoken government, or what there is of one, is effectively ruled by the Department of Industry, with Administration also on the agenda, while Law & Order and Environment aren't funded at all. Income tax is unheard of.

The frighteningly efficient An Imaginary Frind economy, worth a remarkable 4,094 trillion Gold Bars a year, is driven almost entirely by the private sector, which is broadly diversified and led by the Retail industry, with major contributions from Gambling, Soda Sales, and Uranium Mining. Average income is an amazing 413,375 Gold Bars, but there is a vast disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 3,849,126 per year while the poor average 4,008, a ratio of 960 to 1.

An online tea-bagging epidemic is getting worse and (meta)worse, competing film industry executives commission movies depicting each other as ugly baby-eating villains, the hit new medical TV show "Home" prominently features the brand of painkiller the lead doctor is addicted to, and accidentally dropping a debit card is a social taboo. Crime, especially youth-related, is so common that it is unusual to encounter someone following the law, perhaps because of the country's complete lack of prisons. An imagination's national animal is the cow, which is also the nation's favorite main course.

An imagination is ranked 314,309th in the world and 12,908th in Lazarus for Smartest Citizens, with 0.23 quips per hour.
