The Arling of Corrina is a mammoth, safe nation, ruled by Arlessa Elyana vas Corrina with an even hand, and remarkable for its barren, inhospitable landscape and compulsory military service. The hard-working, democratic population of 5.046 billion Corrinans have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

The relatively small government juggles the competing demands of Welfare, Education, and Defense. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Saluso. The average income tax rate is 9.7%.

The Corrinan economy, worth 254 trillion kamas a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Beef-Based Agriculture industry, with major contributions from Basket Weaving, Gambling, and Book Publishing. Average income is 50,339 kamas, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 4.2 times as much as the poorest.

Wealthy parents-to-be can select their perfect baby, tourists flock to see the giant stone carvings of historical leaders at Mount Rushless, clumsy self-injury is a viable claim in modern compensation culture, and diplomatic missions typically end with a flurry of childish insults, accusations and phlegm. Crime, especially youth-related, is well under control. Corrina's national animal is the lion, which can occasionally be seen sifting through garbage in the nation's cities, and its national religion is Maumiqism.

Corrina is ranked 199,872^nd in the world and 6^th in Sarnor for Most Rebellious Youth, scoring -4 on the Stark-Dean Displacement Index.
