The Republic of Kirundi is a colossal, efficient nation, remarkable for its deadly medical pandemics, keen interest in outer space, and sprawling nuclear power plants. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical, devout population of 2.849 billion Kirundians are ruled with an iron fist by the corrupt, dictatorship government, which oppresses anyone who isn't on the board of a Fortune 500 company. Large corporations tend to be above the law, and use their financial clout to gain ever-increasing government benefits at the expense of the poor and unemployed.

The medium-sized, corrupt, well-organized government is primarily concerned with Defense, with Industry, Spirituality, and Administration also on the agenda, while International Aid and Public Transport aren't funded at all. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Kuyumkura. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 21.7%.

The frighteningly efficient Kirundian economy, worth 288 trillion saars a year, is broadly diversified and dominated by the Arms Manufacturing industry, with significant contributions from Uranium Mining, Woodchip Exports, and Retail. Black market activity is notable. Average income is an impressive 101,112 saars, but there is a significant disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 364,331 per year while the poor average 20,065, a ratio of 18.2 to 1.

Polygraphs are relegated to the dungeon exhibit in castle museums, bars are packed at all hours, the Kuyumkura Film Festival recently voted 'Kirundian Getting Hit By Football' as best film, and military geniuses responsible for brilliant campaigns are drummed out because they have close same-sex friends and an interest in interior design. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, despite the fact that it is difficult to make it through a day without breaking one of the country's many laws. Kirundi's national animal is the jaguarundi, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation.

Kirundi is ranked 180,747th in the world and 19th in Oriental Constanta for Largest Populations, with 2.85 billion capita.
