The Femboys Third Khaganate of Alaqar is a massive, efficient nation, ruled by Yosma the Tomboy Kansler with an even hand, and renowned for its barren, inhospitable landscape. The hard-working population of 1.754 billion Alaqans are free to succeed or fail in life on their own merits; the successful tend to enjoy an opulent (but moralistic) lifestyle, while the failures can be seen crowding out most jails.

The tiny, moralistic, pro-business government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Education, and Law & Order. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Shiganuur. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 8.8%.

The very strong Alaqan economy, worth 105 trillion Alaqan puls a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Furniture Restoration industry, with major contributions from Basket Weaving, Retail, and Beef-Based Agriculture. Average income is 59,827 Alaqan puls, but there is a significant disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 197,653 per year while the poor average 13,543, a ratio of 14.6 to 1.

The latest Harry Potter book is a bestseller, Alaqar has designated Shiganuur as its capital city, Yosma the Tomboy Kansler has just been declared ruler of Alaqar in an international press conference, and Alaqar successfully hosted the Corsair Olympics. Crime is a problem, with the police force struggling against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. Alaqar's national animal is the Markhor goat, which can occasionally be seen sifting through garbage in the nation's cities.

Alaqar is ranked 264,392^nd in the world and 168^th in Corsair for Smartest Citizens, with 20.02 quips per hour.
