N-Day14: Aftermath
Our fourteenth NDay has wrapped up in scenes of barren nations, irradiated factions and empty shieldbanks. Congratulations to this year's winner, Horsemen of the Apocalypse, who don the crown for the sixth time in the event's history. They conclude this event with an all-time high 1.9 million score, over 8 million strikes and nearly 5 million intercepts, leaving us to wonder whether we will see these records broken again in September.
Additional acknowledgement is owed to Anime Nations Against Liberals, who found themselves neck-in-neck with the eventual champions after a successful early alliance, but lost out in the second-half infighting to fall to a respectable second place, albeit over one million points clear of our winners. The following three factions found themselves pulled into taking sides in the Horsemen-Anime divide. Horsemen-aligned Supreme Powers Eviscerating All Rivals claimed third, having fought off Starlight Brigade and Canopy, who claimed fourth and fifth, respectively. No factions within the top 5 were spared from battle scars, with radiation levels ranging between thirty thousand and one million.
