Willing to cooperate with other regions, even if we're vastly different.

There will be no official regional government, but residents that readily prove their loyalty to their Ebony Crown (the governor) may be rewarded delegated powers to help they/them govern it. I am willing to accept embassy requests from any region, regardless where they align, but as soon as they try recruiting in my region or spamming the RMB will be ABORTED.

We're also a safe space, so please be respectful of each other.
