It has come to the attention of my nation that there become an growing number of states around Krautia obtaining nuclear weaponary. Including states that clearly expansionist in their very being. As such, it has become increasingly prudent for my nation to have an responsible response to these developments.

To make clear. We are not in an attempt to obtain nuclear weaponary of our own, despite our high spending and the militiant traditions nation may keep. We are always seeking to defend our sovereignty and peoples. Nothing more, nothing less.

As such we made different decision. Between dialogue between me and the Queen of Queendom of Chungus, Franziska von Bingus, I Joltana IV of Dvalheim and Matriarch of the House of Vinby, shall proclaim the establishment of an thorough Defensive Pact between Dvalheim and Chungus. Dvalian officers shall train and provide expertise to the Chungus Armed Forces, and Chungus shall help in Dvalheim’s defence including the stationing of Chungus’s nuclear weaponary on Dvalian soil.

To make clear to all nations of Krautia, this is entirely defensive. We are not seeking conflict. We as always pray for peace, but we are ready for war. Through this alliance we hope that element is made clear.

An hour ago, at the 1330 hours Metropolitan Time of 0001/03/16, the Krautia Organization (KRAUTO) announced the ascension of Metropatria to chair KRAUTO through the KRAUTO General Bureau (KGB) for the currently indefinite period as its Representative/Governor. The Minister of the Exterior extends its gratitude and appreciation to the Foreign Minister of Nova serdica for their success in establishing the Region of Krautia and its first administration, marked by great success and influx of its member-states. It is a great honour for Metropatria to host such a prestigious title and bestow it upon one of its citizens, whose hard work, dedication, and esprit de corps serves as inspiration for us all.
