Niue Regional Message Board

Transferred this region to my puppet storage regions list (20170927) in hope of it becoming a featured region eventually.
Visitors need not change their nation's flags to the flag of Niue.
Should this region ever become featured, at that time, I will change this region's status from an Oracle Region to a Matrix Region.
Definitions that I use:
- Holding Region: a region populated by only the founder.
Puppet Storage Region: a region with a founder and at least seven puppets.
An Oracle Region:
- See Double Funky 7 for more details on this.
a region that has only two embassies, one for the region prior and one for the region after it on my list of regions based upon the order of update.
these regions do not share embassies, as doing so would possibly short circuit the Oracle List.
I currently have over 1300 regions on my Oracle List.
A Matrix Region:
- These regions are my regions that form an Embassy Matrix with all of my other Matrix Regions.
These regions share embassies offers with any other region that cares to make an offer (provided that I catch these offers in time).
My main regions are all Matrix Regions, including:
- 0000 and her allied regions
United States of America and her allied regions
Great Britain and Northern Ireland and her allied regions
I have over 220 matrix regions at this time
I will be only adding my regions that become featured to the matrix list.
