Why didn't you all go to The New Republic of the Philippines to begin with?
I know that the governor of the aforementioned region told Manilisia that they did not want a merger, but I believe they didn't know about this region's purpose.You should try asking for a merger, the ROs of this region will probably be ROs there as well!
Well this region was created 10 days before the New Republic of the Philippines was created. So, why didn't they join us first?

I just wanted to say that a merger would be beneficial for both regions, and the New Republic would be willing to incentivise you to merge with their region.
