Terra Pacis is a world in constant conflict, with warfare being nearly nonstop for the past hundred years.

Members who are Ambassadors are part of the TPC (unless said otherwise) but members of the TPC are not always ambassadors of the region. ALL nations that aren't organizations are part of the TPC, but only the few listed in the Admin have extended rights.

Terra Pacifican Chill Region is the region for all non-lore nations (organizations get an exception, just notify us). THE LORE CUTTOFF HAS HAPPENED, NO NEW NATIONS MAY JOIN UNLESS SPECIAL PERMISSION IS GRANTED BY A MODERATOR (The UAC or Ealabasta).

REASONS AS TO WHY THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED:
- They were let in AFTER the lore cutoff date (Which I postponed for weeks because I wanted to make sure that everyone who wanted to be in the region could be allowed in.). This is against the whole purpose of the cutoff date, since the region was going to get crowded without it. The only exceptions were Mesozoica, Leonatus, and Dexonition. This is because they joined after the cutoff date, and we took them in.

- Miles spammed the RMB until The Kirbys was finally let in. Spamming is a BANNABLE OFFENSE, and even though this was literally his main tactic, he was not punished for it. If anything, he was rewarded, since his nation was allowed in.

- Kirby as a whole was DESIGNED TO BE SIMPLE. He was MADE TO BE UNREALISTIC. Yet Miles argues that they "are realistic". Kirby is a sapient, pink ball that does not even have organs or a skeleton. Their inital orgin was that they were "created out of a cloning accident". Humanity in 2026 only has basic cloning tech, and even then we've only cloned basic things like sheep and tadpoles. Not anything that could result in Kirby. Then their story was changed to be on an "undiscovered island". This is also unrealistic, as the Isla Neueva archipelago is one of the most travelled and active areas in the world, and it is near-impossible that such a busy area would have undiscovered islands of any kind. Surely a ship or plane would've seen the island, If not them, then surely the satellites that nearly every nation has would've seen them.

- Miles is the only exception to the "please be realistic" rule. Everyone else has unrealistic nations that are in different regions. This is because the region is FOR LORE. Thyworlds , Gilbertion and Excuricor all have unrealistic nations, but they aren't here. This is because we asked them to move their unreallistic nations, and they respected the lore of the region. Miles is the only one who thinks he should have special privileges, when he shouldn't.

That is all I have to say. If Miles has a rebuttal, I ask that he make it respectful, and concise. I will address it to the best of my ability, and I hope he understands why I have made my points.

Rebuttal-Disregarding physical assets (e.g. skin, skeleton, etc), the Kirbys are a species with the intellectual capacity of a chimpanzee.They will not have an advancement above what this species has today. The colony of the Kirby species was found on Difgal Island (renamed Kirby Island) and the animals are living in the wild. Some have been brought to Titinan zoos. They have never fought any military unit. The reason for their very late discovery is because of little funding in the area.

An equivalent to the "little funding" is modern-day Indonesia (but smaller and with way less people) and how the country has almost no funding for the environment (especially on Borneo). Over 5,000 species have been discovered on the island by American and Canadian research teams in the last decade, many were the size of cats and larger.
