Hello world!
My name is Weed, I have gone by many names in this game since I started playing. The oldest nation I can find of mine dates back to August of 2006. I've played off and on since then.
I just moved here from Pacifica, a region that was my home. I launched Pacifica as founder in 2019. I was involved in a major dispute with The Pacific, and at the conclusion of that conflict I made an agreement roughly a year ago to hand over control of Pacifica to The Pacific. At that time, it was my intention to come here (the Isles) and build a new home. My intention was to start a non-executive foundered region. That's always been a goal of mine, and The Pacific was going to help me secure the region when I opened it. Alas, I have decided it just is too much of a hassle to safely launch a region without an executive founder so I have decided to just launch this region as an ordinary region.
Thanks for your interest in this region. At its peak Pacifica had 600+ nations, now that I have moved to the Isles I hope this region can surpass that record. I am glad to have you on board! Welcome to the Isles!
