Soltlaca is the only international port in Sol Lycopersi so it's the mixing point of Sol Lycopersi and the world. It's also the home of the National Stadium which is a sports stadium complex that also houses most of the central government.

Sporting Event is iffy. We have a nation wide activity people train for and its an honor to join, but its more like a reality TV show. Similar to the show Survivor, we throw people into an uncolonized portion of Alvainian wilderness and are allowed to govern the land if they manage to build a working society with Alvanian laws in a week. Many dream of the opportunity and the game is streamed for all to see. If you succeed you get to honor your family as Leadership. If you fail or are injured you get taken home and bring shame to your home.
