The 😈 Admiral General 👿 of Amerion is a gargantuan, socially progressive nation, ruled by Admiral General Stewie G with an even hand, and renowned for its smutty television, prohibition of alcohol, and frequent executions. The compassionate, hard-working, humorless population of 27.251 billion Amerionians have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

The enormous government juggles the competing demands of Healthcare, Education, and Law & Order. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Amitropolis. The average income tax rate is 82.6%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The frighteningly efficient Amerionian economy, worth a remarkable 3,206 trillion Myerins a year, is fairly diversified and led by the Information Technology industry, with significant contributions from Book Publishing, Automobile Manufacturing, and Furniture Restoration. State-owned companies are reasonably common. Average income is an impressive 117,666 Myerins, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Keeping the lights on keeps the lights on for increasing amounts of Amerionians, scientists take credit every time it rains in the South Pacific, newspaper stories fill several pages with colorful adjectives, and the word "sexagenarian" has taken on a whole new meaning. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Amerion's national animal is the Phoenix, which soars majestically through the nation's famously clear skies.

Amerion is ranked 12,123^rd in the world and 377^th in the South Pacific for Most Compassionate Citizens, scoring 60.52 on the Kitten Softness Rating.
