2. An election will be put in place at the start of every month and last 1 week. Winner becomes the officer for the rest of the month.
3. Overseer has the option to reject any winner of an election. The next person will become officer.
4. If it is a tie, both people become officer.
5. Of no one votes, there will be no officer.
