For what it is, it isn't too bad- it's nothing new for me. But I was aiming much, much higher.
I have a different idea... we would be removing ourselves from this region and moving elsewhere to enact it, into a much larger community, but we would not be abandoning the concept of The Illustrious Fleet itself.
