When entering the station, the train sounds its modified horn, which sounds like someone is saying: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region Cainitium!"
Also while entering the station, 
FRE Train Conductor Kai, with a bright smile on his face, sticks his head out of the train's locomotive window, waves, and yells: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region Cainitium!"
The train stops at the platform, and opens its doors, waiting until the next region is featured to depart from the Cainitium station to the next station.

Good morning from the Kingdom of Lorgadon. As the Kingdom's leader, I wish to show my rule as a powerful and important one, following religion (Christianity) and ideology (libertarian) to freedom and joy for citizens and I find the easiest way to present myself is in this region.
