We apologize for withdrawing embassies with your region. Our region, however, has now hit such a stride in which we would now like our embassies to be with regions which are not simply colonies of larger regions.
We mean no offense by communicating such, and certainly wish this region a good future!
We are not a true Colony as we have no recent interchange with True Hydra Empire.
