GameFAQs Regional Message Board
It's been six months since everyone with the password disappeared. In that time, a couple people tried to get in and I had to tell them that I couldn't let them in, so I figured I'd refound and open the region back up to everyone.
You are welcome to completely ignore my presence and make your own government and structure here. The WA delegate is non-executive to prevent the takeover raids that forced us to add the password in the first place, which means that for now, requests will have to go through me via the founder nation. If we get a big government structure going, I can always turn on WA powers or even hand the founder over to someone else. For now, this seemed like the best way to open up a very tiny region to everyone.

Well, welcome back for like 2 weeks or something
So we have an actual moral dilemma - do you guys want to accept that embassy request? I would tend to say no because it looks random, but if one of you guys knows someone in that region or something, or you just enjoy the idea of having a lot of embassies, I'm not opposed.
