Hello, good ladies of this region! Don't mind the region I came from; I was merely there to ask questions. Anyway, I have a question for this region as well. What does gynocracy/matriarchy mean to you? Of course, the terms themselves mean the rule of women, but I would like to know the specifics of what "the rule of women" would entail. And if you feel so inclined, I would also like to know why you think this way.
Matriarchy, as opposed to patriarchy, is the rule of the mother. Even with current ideas of equality, females live and adapt to a world built for males. So female leadership gives us a chance to shape society for themselves, too. At the very least we could see how a world led by women looks like. Ideally, we might have true equality one day, a world shaped by both women and men. What female leadership would truly entail, we can only see when it happens. It's not exactly a political dogma.
