As a train pulls into the Spams Random Region train station, an announcement is made on the train station's PA system.
"Attention Spams Random Region Station passengers. Now arriving on Track 1, is

When entering the station, the train sounds its modified horn, which sounds like someone is saying: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region Spams Random Region!"
Also while entering the station, 
FRE Train Conductor Kai, with a bright smile on his face, sticks his head out of the train's locomotive window, waves, and yells: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region Spams Random Region!"
The train stops at the platform for 2 minutes, and opens its doors, picking up/dropping off passengers.
The train then closes it's doors and departs, heading to the next Featured Region.
