But that’s not all! We also decided to end our Declaration with a beautiful poem, expressing our commitment to high culture, elegance, and the refined, elitist spirit that represents The Sacred Elite. Beyond simply being a serious and well-structured Constitution, it reflects the standards we have chosen for ourselves: precise, ambitious, and built around rules that we take seriously and follow to the letter.

The Sovereign Shield (TSS) is a collective of grassroot communities who promote the ideals of National Sovereignty. Member regions may hold slightly different interpretations of the NatSov movement, but generally align on the values of member nation freedoms and restricting overregulation in the new General Assembly.

We are encouraged by the work other NatSov groups have accomplished over the past few years in bringing forward our shared goals, but want to specifically highlight smaller regions and raise up their voices to give them a fair seat at the table of the New GA. Member regions vary vastly in size, prestige and connections, but all share the same goal of lifting up new authors in the General Assembly to write smart, common-sense resolutions and repeal any overlegislation that finds its way to approval.
The Sovereign Shield

The Angels’ Voice is the official communication voice of The Sacred Elite, created to represent the region in its external communications and keep our diplomatic partners informed. Through The Angels’ Voice, official news, announcements, governmental updates, and other important information may be published in regions that maintain embassies with The Sacred Elite, strengthening our relationships and ensuring that our partners remain connected to everything happening within the region.

Beyond our embassies, The Angels’ Voice may also temporarily leave The Sacred Elite when necessary to communicate directly with other regions, particularly those without an existing embassy. It does not exist to represent an individual nation or personal interests; rather, it serves as an authorized representative of The Sacred Elite, speaking on behalf of the region in matters of diplomacy, regional news, governmental announcements, and official communication.
The Angel's Voice

The Sacred Ones is the region regarded as the main headquarters and starting point of the armed forces of The Sacred Elite. It also serves as the central point from which The Sacred Elite exercises its authority over regions under its administration, protection, or influence. More than simply a region, The Sacred Ones represents the political and military heart of the organization, serving as the place from which military operations, strategic decisions, and missions are coordinated to protect or assist other regions. The Sacred Elite currently maintains nine colonies, with four of them having been defeated through the power and military efforts of the Elite in conflicts against authoritarian communist and fascist forces.

The Elite Heavenly Forces are the official armed forces of The Sacred Elite. Their primary purpose is to protect vulnerable regions and provide assistance to those that lack the ability to defend themselves. Beyond their defensive role, the Elite Heavenly Forces are also responsible for the rebuilding and restoration of former regions that have ceased to exist, seeking to restore their infrastructure, security, and identity whenever deemed necessary. Although primarily defensive, the force may also assume an offensive or invading role when necessary, particularly when there is a direct threat against protected regions or against the principles upheld by The Sacred Elite.

The Elite Heavenly Forces present themselves as an anti-fascist force, opposing authoritarian regimes and movements that promote persecution or discrimination, while supporting LGBTQIA+ protection clauses, embracing diversity, and advocating equality among different peoples and communities. At the heart of their philosophy lies the belief that the vulnerable should never be abandoned; for this reason, the Elite Heavenly Forces seek to act not merely as a military force, but as a protective force for those who cannot defend themselves.
The Sacred Ones

The Sacred Review is the new special edition of The Sacred Elite, officially published every two months with the purpose of documenting and preserving the most important events, statistics, transformations, achievements, and operations that have shaped the recent history of the Elite. In this first edition, we take a detailed look at the months of July and September, two periods marked by significant developments across the region, including diplomatic expansion, major population fluctuations, institutional changes, new initiatives, and operations conducted by the Elite Heavenly Forces. Through this review, readers can look back at the events that defined this period and better understand how The Sacred Elite has evolved, expanded, and strengthened its presence over the past months.
The Sacred Review

One of the most ambitious educational projects to emerge from The Sacred Elite is the Sacred Elite Academy of Higher Education (SEAHE), an institution created to educate, train, and prepare the next generation of leaders within the region. Designed as a completely free educational initiative, the Academy offers specialized programs covering a surprisingly wide range of subjects, from government and diplomacy to military affairs, design, recruitment, economics, and roleplay. With seven schools currently operating, the School of Government, School of Diplomacy, Military Academy, School of Design, School of Recruitment, School of Economics, and School of Roleplay, SEAHE aims to provide members with practical knowledge and structured training that can later be applied to their nations and regional responsibilities.

But SEAHE is not exclusively reserved for members of The Sacred Elite. Nations from other regions are also welcome to study and participate, making the Academy an opportunity for players from across NationStates to develop their skills. Students are not required to formally enroll simply to access the educational material, as the Academy’s dispatches are available for independent study. Those who wish to graduate must demonstrate mastery of their chosen course and show that they can apply what they have learned with competence, discipline, and precision. Successful students receive an official SEAHE diploma, while their names are permanently recorded in the Academy’s register of graduates, turning their studies into an officially recognized achievement within the educational project of The Sacred Elite.
University

Another major development covered by The Elite Times was the inauguration of The Sacred Elite’s official Roleplay. The project was created to give nations within the region a dedicated space to develop their own stories, politics, cultures, conflicts, alliances, and identities, expanding The Sacred Elite beyond its traditional regional activities and into a more immersive world of roleplay. Rather than simply being a collection of fictional events, the project provides an opportunity for nations to build a shared universe together, allowing their decisions and interactions to shape an evolving history.

The inauguration of the Roleplay also represents another step in the expansion of The Sacred Elite’s cultural and community projects. Nations are encouraged to develop their own identities while interacting with others, creating diplomatic relationships, conflicts, historical events, and narratives that can become part of the broader history of the community. With its combination of creativity, world-building, and interaction between nations, the project aims to establish a long-term roleplay environment where both experienced roleplayers and newcomers can participate and leave their own mark on The Sacred Elite.
