Livonia Regional Message Board
For some reason, I had Livonia as a capital city somewhere, but it was a Baltic people (coast dwellers of fishermen) and their territory that extended at it greatest to cover today's Latvia and Estonia. Throughout most of it's history, the territory was occupied by any number of outside powers including Denmark, Sweden, Germany and the Soviet Union among others.
