Using NSHistory (search up the region Texas), I can confirm we're absolutely ancient, existing since at least the tool's inception in late May of 2003 (with Big english as the UN Delegate). So we were founded, at the absolute earliest, on May 27, 2003, but likely at least a bit earlier.

There is two mechanisms that I used to determine the age of this region since it was last founded. One being the date that my nation was created, but that did not help much. The other gave a date in Nov. 2009 which is likely when I had taken over this region, and I used an old nation to refound it with. This region has existed almost since day one.
