As a train pulls into Minnesota's Saint Paul Union Depot, an announcement is made on the train station's PA system.
"Attention Saint Paul Union Depot passengers. Now arriving on Track 1, is

When entering the station, the train sounds its modified horn, which sounds like someone is saying: "Congratulations on becoming Featured the Upper Midwestern US State of Minnesota!"
Also while entering the station, 
FRE Train Conductor Kai, with a bright smile on his face, sticks his head out of the train's locomotive window, waves, and yells: "Congratulations on becoming Featured the Upper Midwestern US State of Minnesota!"
The train stops at the platform for 2 minutes, and opens its doors, picking up/dropping off passengers.
The train then closes it's doors and departs, heading to the next Featured Region.

In my opinion, the new flag of the State of Minnesota is a bit too simple. It’s definitely better than having just a seal on a background, but the flag is so simple. I’d prefer if it was something like the flag this region has. It doesn’t feel empty to me.
