As a train pulls into the Libreville train station, an announcement is made on the train station's PA system.

When entering the station, the train sounds its modified horn, which sounds like someone is saying: "Congratulations on becoming Featured the Gabonese Capital of Libreville!"
Also while entering the station, 
FRE Train Conductor Kai, with a bright smile on his face, sticks his head out of the train's locomotive window, waves, and yells: "Congratulations on becoming Featured the Gabonese Capital of Libreville!"
The train stops at the platform for 2 minutes, and opens its doors, picking up/dropping off passengers.
The train then closes it's doors and departs, heading to the next Featured Region.
