When entering the station, the train sounds its modified horn, which sounds like someone is saying: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region previously Ocean!
Also while entering the station, 
FRE Train Conductor Kai, with a bright smile on his face, sticks his head out of the train's locomotive window, waves, and yells: "Congratulations on becoming the Featured Region previously Ocean!"
The train stops at the platform, and opens its doors, waiting until the next region is featured to depart from the Ocean station to the next station.
Region Score (What Class would I let the members of this region sit in on the train, based on the region score the region gets): Premium Coach Class: Semi-dead region, region with some activity, embassy active region, your average ancient lands associated region, this is the region's 2nd time being featured, or I like the region.
