I would like to review 
New Halo’s regional ban and come to a governmental consensus on whether or not to renew or repeal the ban. Members of the government, your opinions please.
New helo has not been banned from The Mood. We just closed the embassy with EH due to the controversy.
Controversy, I don’t remember that.
That happened around april or may this year, before you arrived. EH's reputation was terrible at the time, so we were forced to close the embassy.
