Prisoner Service Program
The Ministry of Justice and Rehabilitation in Noorestan has launched a Prisoner Service Program (PSP), aimed at transforming the nation’s correctional system. The program, which seeks to rehabilitate prisoners while providing them an opportunity to contribute to society, allows eligible inmates to undergo specialized training and offer professional or security-related services in exchange for reduced sentences. Under this initiative, prisoners will be trained in fields such as security, emergency response, logistics, and technical services. The program will focus on equipping participants with marketable skills while integrating them into national service projects. Prisoners will work under strict supervision and in areas where they can make meaningful contributions, such as disaster relief, infrastructure maintenance, and community service. Participants in the program will be rigorously assessed to ensure they meet eligibility criteria, including non-violent offenders with good behavioral records. Those selected will undergo comprehensive training tailored to the roles they will fulfill. Upon successful completion, their service hours will be logged, leading to sentence reductions proportional to their contributions. The pilot phase of the program will begin in three major cities—Karachi, Noorabad, and Quetta—before expanding nationwide. The initiative is expected to reduce the burden on overcrowded prisons, lower recidivism rates, and support national projects with additional manpower.

The survey from the campaign group Transport and Environment (T&E) ranked 27 different rail operators across the continent. Each was evaluated on eight different criteria: ticket prices, special fares and reductions, reliability, booking experience, compensation policies, traveller experience, night trains and cycling policy.
It comes amid a growing consensus that rail travel in Europe needs to be improved with T&E saying it underlines the need for industry-wide reforms.
Italy’s Trenitalia came out on top of T&E’s ranking, earning an average score of 7.7 out of 10, with the operator standing out for its travel experience, pricing and coverage.

More Details emerge in Suomalainen Liike Finances Scandal
In the days following the revelation of financial misconduct within Suomalainen Liike, the Position of the government in the Grand Duchy of finland has become increasingly untenable as more details emerge regarding the scandal, and more individuals in the party are suspected of involvement. he National Bureau of Investigation has confirmed that the probe into First Minister Antti Koskinen and senior party officials is widening, with new details emerging about the scale of the alleged financial mismanagement within the party and Finnish Government.
Public protests have intensified in Åbo alongside numerous other cities across Finland; with demonstrators calling for First Minister Koskinen’s resignation and an overhaul of the party’s leadership. Opposition parties have raised concerns about the stability of Finland’s government, with many accusing Koskinen and his allies of corruption and a betrayal of public trust.
In response to mounting pressure, Koskinen has made a public statement denying his involvement in any illegal activities and financial wrongdoings. The party’s internal conflict has reached a boiling point, with prominent figures publicly distancing themselves from the leadership, further intensifying calls for transparency and accountability. Päivi Luoma, a popular member of the finnish parliament and Suomalainen Liike, has now outright called for the dismissal of Koskinen from the party leadership and stated his intentions to launch a formal bid to oust the current party leadership.

The Secretary of the Interior, Abril de la Cruz, has announced that she will be stepping down from the position, effectively immediately. In her announcement, she cited a family emergency that will require her full attention. Secretary De la Cruz was able to get a confirmation to step down from President Leguizamo quickly due to the nature of the request. President Leguizamo has already announced a replacement, Emiliano Miguel Yépez de Herrera, who is currently awaiting confirmation in Congress. Deputy Secretary Aarón Espino Tellez will serve as the Acting Secretary of the Interior until a replacement is confirmed.

Ritz-Castellane Group buys Akorrdana Manis's Londonskaya Hotel
On the 7th of December, officials from the Ritz-Castellane Group approached the Capitol Building of the Akorrdana Manis section of the Government. During their visit of the Captiol, the Ritz-Castellane officials came up to the Department of Tourism within the Ministry of Economics. The Group proposed a daring request: buy the city's famous Londonskaya Hotel. The Londonskaya Hotel is known as the first hotel in Odesa, culturally important for both tourism and overall history of the nation. This offer was baffling to the Department, almost saying no. But the proposition caught the eyes of the Ministry of Economics. On a free road trip, the R-C Officials met the Ministress of Economics and her advisors in Bucharest. The Ministress discussed the proposition with the officials before officially making her statement. On the 8th of December, the Director of Tourism made his statement over the croud of Akorrdana Manis.
"Good day, my people.
Today, me and the Ministress of Economics would like to announce that with the newest arrival of ambassadors from Ritz-Castellane, the Londonskaya Hotel, loved by many, will be purchased by the Hotel Group in efforts to restore the Hotel from its rather rusted form into a refurbished form, preserving its culture and historical importance. The Group hopes to also expand the hotel to allow newer luxuries, such as an outdoor pool and a spa facility. This purchase has been approved by the Ministry of Economics, Department of Tourism, and the Ritz-Castellane group."
Ending off the announcement with a "Thank You," the crowd attending immediately went into wildfire. The Londonskaya has been a symbol of Kaidia's culture and resilience for over a century, and people outraged at the fact that a foreign hotel group wanted to purchase it. And to their horror, they did. But later in the day, the Ministry published the specifics of the deal, making the subject a bit more clearer. In the specifics of the deal, the R-C Group will make renovations to restore the more lost parts of Kaidian culture, and the new amenities at the hotel will be available to all visitors of the hotel (if they pay). The quality of the hotel will be increased to ensure a more comfortable environment, the deal says from R-C's side. In the details, the hotel was bought for $40 million USD, which most believe is an outrageous amount, even for the cultural value of the hotel. Regardless of what anyone says, the hotel is being bought and first steps into renovating it is announced on December 13th.

There are also rumors that this aide in not the first such case of the Senator having sexual relations with. Special Memorandum on the Inquiry of Military Operations under a Special Military Regime
Mr. President,
Article II, Section III (Military Powers) of the Constitution of Zeleniya recognizes that the President of the Republic is the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Zeleniya, also known as the Zeleniyan Armed Forces. In an event where the President, under powers granted to him under Article I, Section IV, Part IX of the Constitution of the Republic of Zeleniya, declares martial law for reasons pertaining to immediate domestic and foreign threats to national security, regular soldiers and officers of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Zeleniya will be deputized as the sole legal law enforcement officers throughout the entire territorial jurisdiction of the Republic of Zeleniya, superseding currently deputized law enforcement officers of the Federal and State Governments and those of the Okrugs and Gorods. Under martial law, DMP's may arrest anyone within Zeleniya without due process and constitutional protections, such as those of habeas corpus, are suspended.
Under martial law, deputized military personnel (DMP's) may take seizure and/or fortify all buildings and physical properties owned and managed by the Federal Government in-line with meeting the challenges which motivate the declaration of martial law. These buildings and other phyiscal properties include but are not limited to: the Congress of the Republic, the Krepost, the Supreme Court, Cabinet Offices, etc. While DMP's may seize installations owned by the Federal Government, the President does not have the power to utilize DMP's to suspend the day-to-day business of buildings and properties that are managed by agencies of the legislative or judicial branch under Article I, Section V, Part III. For example, while the physical building housing the Congress of the Republic is owned by the Federal Government, the President cannot suspend the day-to-day business nor ongoing sessions of Congress. DMP's may, however, physically seize, barricade and fortify Congress to obstruct legislators from coming in, but they cannot invoke the President's orders as a reason to suspend the activities of Congress.
Mr. President, your secret inquiry regarding the use of the Military Forces of the Republic during a Special Military Regime, or Martial Law, comes at a historic period of high political and social contention in our country. Under current bylaws and those of long-established military tradition, personnel Armed Forces of the Republic of Zeleniya swear their allegiance and oath of service to the Constitution of Zeleniya, and in doing so personnel must remain as non-partisan in their military duties as possible. By this measure, and that of the current state of our armed forces, the Armed Forces are not in an adequate state to fully enforce martial law in the Republic in the event that you choose to invoke it. Therefore, it is highly advised to weigh the potential consequences of proceeding with such a significant action before directing the armed forces to prepare for a declaration of martial law.
