The People's Republic of Ziprotscria is a titanic, socially progressive nation, ruled by Shimtaenek Atkunsinkar with an even hand, and notable for its state-planned economy, sprawling nuclear power plants, and free-roaming dinosaurs. The compassionate, democratic, cheerful population of 10.896 billion Ziprotscrians enjoy extensive civil rights and enjoy a level of social equality free from the usual accompanying government corruption.

The large, liberal government juggles the competing demands of Education, Administration, and Environment. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Katyushankret. The average income tax rate is 92.8%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The frighteningly efficient Ziprotscrian economy, worth a remarkable 1,874 trillion Risenkas a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector is led by the Information Technology industry, with significant contributions from Tourism, Book Publishing, and Beef-Based Agriculture. Average income is an impressive 172,080 Risenkas, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

The nation's space program is doxxing the planet, scientists are terrified of fabulous new breakthroughs, former Nakareshism holy sites are reconsecrated as teppanyaki restaurants, and finders keepers is the law of the land. Crime is totally unknown. Ziprotscria's national animal is the Golden Eagle, which soars majestically through the nation's famously clear skies, and its national religion is Nakareshism.

Ziprotscria is ranked 120,286^th in the world and 1,580^th in The North Pacific for Largest Cheese Export Sector, scoring 2,756.11 on the Mozzarella Productivity Index.
