The Democratic Republic of Kobagia is a titanic, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Isolde Shirukaze イゾルデ 白風 with a fair hand, and notable for its pith helmet sales, ritual sacrifices, and keen interest in outer space. The compassionate, hard-working, democratic, devout population of 15.667 billion Kobagians hold their civil and political rights very dear, although the wealthy and those in business tend to be viewed with suspicion.

The large, corrupt, liberal, outspoken government juggles the competing demands of Administration, Industry, and Education. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Merrdelle. The average income tax rate is 88.1%.

The frighteningly efficient Kobagian economy, worth a remarkable 2,663 trillion Bagynos a year, is mostly comprised of black market activity, especially in Retail, Information Technology, Tourism, and Gambling. Average income is an impressive 170,029 Bagynos, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 3.5 times as much as the poorest.

The future is monochrome, the government single-handedly sustains the bunk bed market, compass sales have gone south, and the most common psychiatric diagnosis is to 'stop whining and grow up'. Crime, especially youth-related, is a major problem, perhaps because of the country's complete lack of prisons. Kobagia's national animal is the Kobagian tiger, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its national religion is Roman Catholic and Kobagian Christianism.

Kobagia is ranked 4,239^th in the world and 165^th in The North Pacific for Most Eco-Friendly Governments, scoring 8,987.33 on the Dolphin Recycling Awareness Index.
